These conditions of sale is to define the contractual relationship between the buyer and skiyak and requirements conducted through the site skiyak.
The acquisition of a good or service through this site implies acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale.

Fitness :
You must be fit enough to perform the service booked and have no indication against the practice of sports and activities in a mountain environment.
Prices :

The benefits of education are not subject to TVA.
Skiyak reserves the right to change prices at any time, except that the prices contained in the catalog on the day of the order shall be applicable only to the buyer.
Prices shown do not include additional costs of benefits if they take place in areas outside the space killy.
Booking :
Tickets lifts are not included in the prices of ski lessons.
For the meeting point :
It is set at the foot of mechanical lifts in Val d'Isere and between Solaise Bellevarde, however
if you prefer to visit your hotel or cottage that is possible.
Orders :
The buyer, who wishes to buy a product, service or service must:

Cancellation by you :
Also it is possible to cancel your reservation under the conditions below:
In case of cancellation of services reserved if cancellation is sent at the last minute (less than 48h) and skiyak can not find customers to replace your booking, then the sum of the amounts to be reserved to provide retained.
However if you cancel within a time less than 48 hours and skiyak
find other customers to replace your booking, then you can pay
not!
If skiyak must cancel service for reasons beyond my control, skiyak can then see the alternatives at the current rate, or a full refund of monies paid. No compensation will be paid.
Repayment :
No payment if cancellation is sent before the 2 days (48h) prior to rendering.
No total or partial refund will be made if cancellation of services due to reasons beyond my control as the lift down, bad weather, sick score, score late, accident or other causes beyond the control of skiyak.
